Client Reviews

The first time we met Bob and Lyn they really made Juli and I feel extremely comfortable and very confident that they were the team for us. After working with them for a couple months they surpassed our initial expectations with flying colors. They are very knowledgable about the business and current market. These two are not afraid to advocate and go to bat for their clients! I would recommend these two to anyone that I know. Bob and Lyn are our realtors, period! Thanks guys for your incredible effort and tenacity when it came to our wants and needs in finding a home!

Our home buying experience with Bob Innes was simply outstanding. He was with us every step of the way. He always answered every call, text, and email no matter what time of day or night it was. We saw him as a mentor; answering our questions and helping us make the best decision for our family; we couldn’t be happier with our final decision. Bob truly exceeded our expectations would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Bob Innes and the KW Real Estate Team for making this such a pleasurable experience

Bob and Lynne worked hard to help our family sell and buy a house as well as get great financing. My best compliment is referring them to my friends, which I have, and continuing to use their services, which , I do!

Lyn Innes were extremely helpful and expedient throughout the entire sales process. Before selecting Lyn Innes as our broker, other brokers were interviewed and evaluated and the Innes agency came way out on top. Our selection was rewarded by obtaining a relatively quick sale for a top price. Additionally, they helped sell some of our unneeded household items using their own connections. A truly remarkable experience from beginning to end!
